Everything you need to begin leading change with clarity, confidence, and conviction.
A Public Workshop for Leaders Embarking on Change
Day One is NOBL’s 1-day intensive workshop for organizational leaders who are, or who soon will be, playing a direct role in making change; any change from spearheading a digital transformation, to integrating an acquisition, to leading a business that is entering into a new market.
Often, we meet leaders who are months into a change or transformation and are experiencing either a prolonged stall or dead stop, due to decisions that were made in the initial steps of the effort. This is a chance for you to get ahead of that—to take a day away from the work, design your change for success, and return feeling prepared to lead your change with clarity, confidence, and conviction.

Questions?
-
Maybe! We’ve designed this session for anyone at or near the start of leading a change or transformation ambition. If you’ve already started but feel like it’s still a bit hazy or lacking early momentum, that’s great too. If you’re still unsure, email us at heart@nobl.io.
-
Leaders learn through both training and experience, but the challenge with change is that learning solely through experience can be painful personally (challenging your identity as a leader) and costly to the organizational (from failed attempts at change). Of course you’ll need to apply what you learn with us and grow from that experience, but our hope is that you learn enough to avoid the most crippling pitfalls ahead.
-
There are many frameworks for change—and almost all of them were created 20-30 years ago for a different era of business. Moreover, most of these models rely solely on the kind of top-down leadership that today’s leaders find limiting and less effective. NOBL’s model has been tested and improved over the last nine years with some of the most ambitious and lauded organizations around the globe.
-
Learn how to move…
…from disparate thoughts bouncing around your head to a defined change that can be shared with others in relatable, realistic ways.
…from a vague vision of wishful milestones to a proven path with a clean end-state definition.
…from multiple changes that randomize your team to cohesive outcomes that align and rally your organization.
…from a daunting mountain of aspiration to an actionable list of next steps in your zone of control.
-
Printed materials, along with coffee, light breakfast, lunch, water, snacks and cocktail hour.
Travel and lodging are not included.
-
Email us to inquire about group pricing or a private session for your organization.
-
10-25 participants depending on interest and fit. Multiple NOBL teammates will be on-hand to coach and advise.
-
First, a NOBL teammate will reach out in 2-3 days to schedule a 25-minute orientation call to learn more about you, what you’re looking to learn, and dig into any considerations you want us to keep in mind (e.g. such as keeping your name/organization private in the session to protect your organization’s plans).
Next, we’ll email some initial materials a week before the session to give you time to review if you’d like.
Then, you’ll come and join us for the day (block your calendar from 8:30am-5pm).
Finally, we’ll reach out 30 days after the workshop to check in on your change and how you’re faring.
-
We are also offering 1:1 coaching slots for the day after each workshop. You can buy a ticket for these in the checkout and we’ll follow up to learn more and schedule.
-
Each session will be a small group that we ask to respect privacy and confidentiality. In addition, we’re a-OK to have you attend and mask your name and organization IF your change is critically sensitive (“Hi, I’m Betty from Acme Corp”). If it’s too sensitive of a change though, we’re more than happy to discuss a private workshop for you and the organization.
