A Public Workshop for Leaders Embarking on Change

Day One is NOBL’s 1-day intensive workshop for organizational leaders who are, or who soon will be, playing a direct role in making change; any change from spearheading a digital transformation, to integrating an acquisition, to leading a business that is entering into a new market.

Often, we meet leaders who are months into a change or transformation and are experiencing either a prolonged stall or dead stop, due to decisions that were made in the initial steps of the effort.
